Ordering personalised and custom-made items should feel easy and enjoyable. This guide walks
you through each step so your order is created exactly the way you imagine.
Choosing Your Product
Browse our collection and select the item you’d like personalised. Each product page includes:
- Available colours or styles
- Personalisation options
- Size information (if applicable)
- Processing and delivery times
If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Entering Personalisation Details
When you select a personalised item, you’ll see a box or dropdown where you can enter your
custom details. This may include:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Initials
- Colour choices
- Font style
- Custom message
- Photo upload (if required)
Important: Double-check everything
We create your item exactly as the details are entered. Please check:
- Spelling• Capital letters
- Dates
- Colour selections
- Photo quality
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
Uploading Photos (If Applicable)
Some items may require a photo. For best results:
- Use a clear, high-resolution image
- Avoid screenshots or blurry photos
- Ensure you have permission to use the image
We will contact you if the photo is too low quality to use.
Approving a Design Proof (If Offered)
For certain custom items, we may send a digital mock-up before production.
- You’ll receive the proof via email
- Review it carefully
- Confirm approval or request changes
Once approved, no further changes can be made.
Processing Time
All personalised items are handmade to order. Typical processing times:
- Standard personalised items: [3–7 business days]
- Complex or large custom orders: [7–14 business days]
Processing time begins once all details are confirmed.
Shipping Your Custom Order
After your item is created:
- You’ll receive a dispatch email
- Tracking information will be included (if applicable)
- Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method

Changes After Ordering
If you need to make a change:
- Contact us immediately• Changes can only be made before production begins
- Once we start creating your item, changes are no longer possible
Returns & Refunds for Custom Orders
Because custom and personalised items are made specifically for you:
- They are non-refundable
- They cannot be returned unless faulty
- We replace or refund faulty items in line with our Returns Policy
Large or Special Requests
