Yes — you will receive the exact same style and design shown in the product photos. Every item is handcrafted, so small natural variations in the leather grain or tone may occur, but the overall look, quality, and craftsmanship will always match what you see.
I only use real, full‑grain leather, and each product is photographed to represent it honestly and accurately. No filters, no misleading edits — just the genuine item you’ll receive.
You’ll receive your sales receipt automatically by email as soon as your order is placed. It includes your order number, product details, and payment confirmation.
If you can’t find it:
Check your spam or promotions folder
Search your inbox for “Menorah Leathersmith” or your order number
If you still can’t locate it, just contact me and I’ll resend your receipt right away.
Custom and personalised items are made especially for you, so they are non‑returnable unless there is a fault or an error on my part.
If your customised item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it.
I’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Some items will be restocked, especially my core designs. However, certain pieces — especially those made from limited leather batches or unique hides — may not return once they sell out.
